Jim DeLano has lived in Deep River for over 25 years. After graduating from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Jim was initially employed by a Mortgage Bank. By learning the complexities of financing , Jim has a more complete view of a real estate transaction. Jim has always felt that being affiliated with the CENTURY 21 System has provided him with the best training and skills to succeed in helping his clients to achieve their desired goals.

He is a recent past President of the Deep River Rotary Club and newly married to Sandy.

Jim is also the Administrator of a local Residential Care Facility which provides services and protective supervision in a home-like environment.
