Debbie Alldredge has been a member of the CENTURY 21 Heritage Company team since 1994.  She has been awarded the MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR AWARD for 1997, 1998 and 1999, 2004,and 2005.  In both 2001 and 2003 she received the system's MASTERS RUBY AWARD and the INDIVIDUAL QUALITY SERVICE AWARD.  In addition to the extensive real estate sales training and experience obtained through the CENTURY 21® System, she has a thorough knowledge of home financing from her five years as a savings bank loan officer and branch manager.  Debbie earned her Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation in 1998 from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®.  In 2006, she earned the CENTURY 21® System's Fine Homes and Estates Agent Designation.  In December of 2007, Debbie was honored as the Middlesex-Shoreline Association of Realtors®' REALTOR® OF THE YEAR.

A resident of Chester with her husband and three children, Julia, April, and Jessica since 1985, Debbie's community involvement includes serving on the Chester Board of Education and Zoning Board of Appeals and former Chester Assistant Town Clerk. She participates in area theatrical and musical activities and serving as treasurer and Artistic Director for the Meetinghouse Players.  She has served on the board of directors for the Goodspeed Musicals Guild as membership chairperson.  She was Chairman of the Programs Committee for the Midd-Shore Association of REALTORS® and in January of 2004 she was installed as a Director for the association and has served as Treasurer.  She is currently the Association's 2009 President.  She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut.

In addition to the fulfillment Debbie receives from her family and work, she also enjoys several hobbies.
