Debbie Alldredge has been a member of the CENTURY 21 Heritage Company team since 1994.  She has been awarded the MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR AWARD, the system's MASTERS RUBY AWARD and the INDIVIDUAL QUALITY SERVICE AWARD.  In addition to the extensive real estate sales training and experience obtained through the CENTURY 21® System, she has a thorough knowledge of home financing from her five years as a savings bank loan officer and branch manager.  Debbie is an Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) with the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).  She has also earned the CENTURY 21® System's Fine Homes and Estates Agent Designation.  In December of 2007, Debbie was honored as the Middlesex-Shoreline Association of Realtors®' REALTOR® OF THE YEAR.

A resident of Chester since 1985, Deb lives with her husband, Kyle. They have three daughters, Julia, April, and Jessica, and two grandsons. Debbie's community involvement includes having served on the Chester Board of Education, Zoning Board of Appeals, and as a former Chester Assistant Town Clerk.  Debbie has been a Chester Rotarian for over seven years, chairing the scholarship committee and publicity. She is currently Chairman of the Programs Committee and on the board of directors for the Midd-Shore Association of REALTORS®. She was the Association's 2009 President. She is a Midd-Shore appointee to the Connecticut Association of Realtors® as a state director. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut.

She participates in area theatrical and musical activities and serves as treasurer and Artistic Director for the Meetinghouse Players. She has served on the board of directors for the Goodspeed Musicals Guild as membership chairperson. In addition to the fulfillment Debbie receives from her family and work, she also enjoys several hobbies.
